چکیده
Pinus densiflora Siebold & Zucc. is a widely distributed conifer species in the Republic of Korea with economic and ecologic importance. However, P. negatively influenced by various factors, such as forest fires, clearing large numbers trees infected disease, dieback. We aimed to use microsatellite markers estimate genetic diversity, differentiation, structure populations Korea. A total 1844 samples from 60 were evaluated using 11 polymorphic markers. The observed heterozygosity expected 0.652 0.673, respectively. mean differentiation among was 0.013. Moreover, showed high diversity low compared species, including similar life histories. Principal coordinates analysis Bayesian clustering that has weak geographical structure. population at Mt. Halla, Jeju Island, lowest significant other mainland due drift restricted gene flow. These findings can be useful for designing new conservation, management, breeding strategies response future environmental changes.

Evaluation of Genetic Diversity in Japanese and English White Quail Populations Using Microsatellite Markers
The Japanese and English White quails are widespread strains and belongs to the Galliformes order, Phasianidae family, Coturnix genus and Japonica species. These birds are likely to be well-adapted to the hard conditions and resistance to diseases as it has attained economic importance as an agricultural species. In the current study, the genetic variation of Japanese and English White quail ...

Genetic structure of Caspian Sea southern area honeybee populations, based on microsatellite polymorphism
Genetic diversity is a key component of ecosystems. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the genetic diversity of Iranian native honeybee colonies (Apis mellifera meda L.) located in the northern region. Colonies from 24 locations have been analyzed using microsatellite markers. Samples were collected from Caspian Sea southern area (north of Iran). Six microsatellite markers (A28, A29, ...
متن کاملAssessment of genetic diversity among sunflower genotypes using microsatellite markers
Genetic diversity estimation of plant materials is one of the important pre-breeding activities in breeding field crops. Twenty-one microsatellite markers used to assess genetic diversity and relationship of 68 sunflower genotypes (Helianthus annuus L.). All of 21 pairs of SSR (Simple Sequence Repeats) markers produced a total number of 49 polymorphic bands. DNA fragments ranged from 9...
